Rules of advertising lottery organized by "PC Electronics" LLC

1. BASIC CONCEPTS

1.1. The main concepts used in these rules:

1.1.1. Company - "PC Electronics" LLC

1.1.2. Gifts - car, household appliances, discount certificate, gives the Buyer the opportunity to use the list of products sold by the Company for free.

1.1.3. Buyer – a natural person who uses the products sold by the company.

1.1.4. Participant – a natural person meeting the conditions of participation in the advertising lottery organized by the company.

1.1.5. Certificate - a document confirming the User's right to participate in the advertising lottery organized by the company, which has a six-digit number, certified by the director's signature and the company's seal.

1.1.6. Rules - Rules of promotional lottery organized by the company.

2. ADVERTISING LOTTERY SCHEDULE AND PRIZE FUND

2.1. As part of its marketing strategy, the company organizes an advertising lottery (hereinafter - the Lottery). The lottery will take place on 28.05.2025, at 13:00, with online and offline options.

2.2. During the lottery, 1 electric car, 4 refrigerators, 4 TVs, 4 washing machines, 4 air fans, 4 built-in stoves, 4 electric stoves, 4 vacuum cleaners, 50 discount certificates (hereinafter referred to as "Win(s))" will be raffled. :

3. CONSENT TO LOTTERY PARTICIPATION

3.1. By making the relevant purchase, the Participant gives his irrevocable consent to the Rules. Consent subject to the rules is prohibited.

3.2. The rules are public and are available to the Participant throughout the duration of the Lottery on the Company's website pc-electronics.am.

3.3. The Company has the right to make changes in the Rules, and any changes in the Rules become automatically available to the Participant in the Mobile application and on the Company's website pc-electronics.am.

3.4. Changes to the rules are considered to be agreed with the Participant, if the latter does not stop his participation in the Lottery.

3.5. The Participant gives the Company his irrevocable consent to the collection, use and processing of his personal data within the framework of the Lottery.

3.6. In case of being recognized as a winner in the lottery, the Participant undertakes to participate in the recording of the transmission of the Prize by the Company, and also gives his consent to publish the filmed materials.

4.1. PREREQUISITES TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES

4.1. In order to become a Participant of the Lottery, the Buyer is obliged to meet all of the following criteria at the same time:

4.1.1. Complete purchase from the sales hall of the company "PC Electronics" at 30/30 Andranik street from 01.09.2024 at 10:00 a.m. to 05.27.2025 at 20:00 p.m. inclusive.

4.1.2. make a one-time purchase of AMD 1,000 (one thousand) or more, participate in an instant lottery, which will not be canceled until the end of the lottery;

4.1.3. make a one-time purchase of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) for every 100,000 (one hundred thousand) to receive 1 (one) draw certificate, which will not be canceled until the end of the Lottery;

4.1.4. to be a person over the age of 18 (eighteen).

4.2. Participants of the lottery cannot be:

4.2.1. Employees of the company and their close relatives: parents, children, adopters, adoptees, relatives and non-relative (co-father or co-mother) brothers and sisters, grandfather, grandmother, grandchildren, as well as spouse;

4.2.2. A person under the age of 18 (eighteen).

4.3. The personal data provided by the buyer must match the data specified in his passport or other identification document, otherwise he will not have the opportunity to become a Participant.

5. PROCESS OF THE LOTTERY

5:1. Winning Participants will be determined at random.

5.2. The results of the lottery will be summarized on 28.05.2025 at 21:00 on the Facebook social network, on the Company's page and on the Company's official website, through a message about the winning participant and the winnings.

5.3. Prizes will be drawn consecutively during the draw.

5.4. In order to determine the winning Participants, during the Lottery, in order to determine the winner of each Prize, the master of ceremonies draws the number of the winning certificate through the lottotron, checks the affiliation, and verifies the authenticity of the winning person.

5.5. After checking the presence and ownership of the certificate, the master of ceremonies announces the name, surname, and certificate of the winning Participant. In the absence of a person, the raffle prize is won by the next entrant who is present at the raffle.

5:6. After identifying the Winning Participant, he is informed about the conditions for receiving the Prize.

5.7. The Host moves on to the next Sweepstakes only after informing the Participant who won the previous Sweepstakes about the conditions for receiving the Sweepstakes.

5:8. Each Participant may win more than one Prize.

5.9. The Prize is not subject to change by the Winning Participant.

5:10. All necessary taxes payable to the state by the winning Participant for the Prize drawn during the lottery shall be paid by the Company.

In case of inconsistency in the translations, the Armenian version is taken as the basis.
